Ownership<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1168\">3.1.  <strong data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1168\">Agency property<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1460\">\n<li data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1305\">\n<p data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1305\">The accounts, interfaces, brands and data created or operated by Elite2You <strong data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1302\">are the exclusive property of the Agency.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1460\">\n<p data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1460\">The Agency does not request access to the personal accounts of models, unless the account was created by the Agency (e.g. as part of an initial package).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1499\">3.2.  <strong data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1499\">Mixed-ownership accounts<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1761\">\n<li data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1652\">\n<p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1652\">If an account (e.g. OnlyFans) is managed jointly by the model and the Agency, its management rights are shared as provided for in the contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1761\">\n<p data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1761\">The management of the income, content and access to the account can only <strong data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1761\">be based on a written agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1766\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1796\"><strong data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1796\">4. Account management in special situations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2572\">5.1.  <strong data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2572\">In the event of withdrawal or termination<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2573\" data-end=\"2826\">\n<li data-start=\"2573\" data-end=\"2703\">\n<p data-start=\"2575\" data-end=\"2703\">The exiting partner\/model&#8217;s access from all internal accounts must be terminated immediately and all passwords associated with them must be changed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2826\">\n<p data-start=\"2706\" data-end=\"2826\">Content produced by the model but uploaded to the Agency&#8217;s platform may remain with the Agency under the contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2828\" data-end=\"2867\">5.2.  <strong data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2867\">Holiday \/ break<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2868\" data-end=\"2953\">\n<li data-start=\"2868\" data-end=\"2953\">\n<p data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2953\">During temporary inactivity, the account can be set to &#8220;passive&#8221; status, but cannot be deleted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2955\" data-end=\"2992\">5.3.  <strong data-start=\"2965\" data-end=\"2992\">Emergency \/ death<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3183\">\n<li data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3183\">\n<p data-start=\"2995\" data-end=\"3183\">In the event of the death or incapacity of a model or partner, accesses are blocked and further disposition can only be issued by central management on the basis of legal documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3185\" data-end=\"3188\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3190\" data-end=\"3228\"><strong data-start=\"3194\" data-end=\"3228\">6. Content management guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3230\" data-end=\"3592\">\n<li data-start=\"3230\" data-end=\"3364\">\n<p data-start=\"3232\" data-end=\"3364\">All uploaded content (photo, video, post) must have the identity of the rights holder recorded publicly or in an internal register.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3365\" data-end=\"3503\">\n<p data-start=\"3367\" data-end=\"3503\">It is prohibited to reuse material produced or managed by the Agency on another platform or competing service without permission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3504\" data-end=\"3592\">\n<p data-start=\"3506\" data-end=\"3592\">AI-generated or modified content must be marked in the internal system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3594\" data-end=\"3597\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3599\" data-end=\"3650\"><strong data-start=\"3603\" data-end=\"3650\">7.
