Standards of conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2009\">5.1.  <strong data-start=\"1986\" data-end=\"2009\">General expectations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2261\">\n<li data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2170\">\n<p data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2170\">Participating on behalf of Elite2You is a representation and all participants are expected to behave in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2261\">\n<p data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2261\">No scandalous, alcoholic or sexually explicit behaviour is allowed at the events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2263\" data-end=\"2301\">5.2.  <strong data-start=\"2273\" data-end=\"2301\">Appearance and dress<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2445\">\n<li data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2361\">\n<p data-start=\"2304\" data-end=\"2361\">The dress code for each event is issued in advance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2445\">\n<p data-start=\"2364\" data-end=\"2445\">The look should be well-groomed, elegant or in keeping with the theme of the event.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2477\">5.3.  <strong data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2477\">Content creation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2692\">\n<li data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2592\">\n<p data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2592\">Content is allowed, but prior written consent from the Agency is required for publication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2593\" data-end=\"2692\">\n<p data-start=\"2595\" data-end=\"2692\">Prohibited: videoing others without permission, backstage leaks, posting private locations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2697\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2699\" data-end=\"2733\"><strong data-start=\"2703\" data-end=\"2733\">6. Declaration of liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"3133\">\n<li data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2965\">\n<p data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2800\">By registering for the event, participants agree that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"2965\">\n<li data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"2855\">\n<p data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"2855\">participate in the event at their own risk,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"2911\">\n<p data-start=\"2860\" data-end=\"2911\">are in good health and physical condition,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2914\" data-end=\"2965\">\n<p data-start=\"2916\" data-end=\"2965\">comply with travel and safety regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2966\" data-end=\"3133\">\n<p data-start=\"2968\" data-end=\"3133\">The Agency shall not be liable for any damage, injury or occurrence resulting from a breach of this Code or the conduct of a third party.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3135\" data-end=\"3138\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3140\" data-end=\"3170\"><strong data-start=\"3144\" data-end=\"3170\">7. Resignation and exclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3172\" data-end=\"3491\">\n<li data-start=\"3172\" data-end=\"3261\">\n<p data-start=\"3174\" data-end=\"3261\">Cancellations after registration up to 72 hours before the event are free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3262\" data-end=\"3386\">\n<p data-start=\"3264\" data-end=\"3386\">Late cancellation or absence without explanation may result in a warning and exclusion from the next event.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3387\" data-end=\"3491\">\n<p data-start=\"3389\" data-end=\"3491\">Serious misconduct will result in immediate removal and exclusion from future events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3493\" data-end=\"3496\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3498\" data-end=\"3527\"><strong data-start=\"3502\" data-end=\"3527\">8.
