Purpose of the Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"239\" data-end=\"481\">The purpose of this policy is to regulate the order, form and content of the examinations and certificates (certificates) for the courses available at the Elite2You Academy, as well as their legal and educational validity.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"486\">\n<h3 data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"532\"><strong data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"532\">2. Courses leading to certificates<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"609\">Certificates can only be issued after successful completion of the following courses:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"964\">\n<li data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"673\">\n<p data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"673\"><strong data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"629\">Beginner Course<\/strong> (Basic Digital Modelling Skills)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"746\">\n<p data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"746\"><strong data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"693\">Advanced Course<\/strong> (content production, brand building, business basics)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"816\">\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"816\"><strong data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"765\">Professional Course<\/strong> (business start-up, finance, international action)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"888\">\n<p data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"888\"><strong data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"841\">Elite Success Training<\/strong> (only for selected models, coaching)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"964\">\n<p data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"964\">Other courses leading to an examination, if included in the course description<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"969\">\n<h3 data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1012\"><strong data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1012\">3. Validation of certificate<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2755\">\n<li data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2618\">\n<p data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2473\">All certificates include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2618\">\n<li data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2500\">\n<p data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2500\">full name of the student<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2503\" data-end=\"2520\">\n<p data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2520\">name of the course<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2545\">\n<p data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2545\">date of the exhibition<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2548\" data-end=\"2582\">\n<p data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2582\">serial number (e.g. E2Y-HU-2025\/0031)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2585\" data-end=\"2618\">\n<p data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2618\">digital signature or QR code<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2619\" data-end=\"2755\">\n<p data-start=\"2621\" data-end=\"2755\">Based on the unique identifier of the certificates, the issuance can be verified in the official register of Elite2You or by e-mail upon request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2757\" data-end=\"2760\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2762\" data-end=\"2812\"><strong data-start=\"2766\" data-end=\"2812\">6. Privileges attached to a certificate<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2846\">A student who has obtained a certificate:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2848\" data-end=\"3162\">\n<li data-start=\"2848\" data-end=\"2923\">\n<p data-start=\"2850\" data-end=\"2923\">is eligible to move to the next level of the Elite2You model agency programme,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2924\" data-end=\"2987\">\n<p data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"2987\">can be entered into the official model search database (Models2You),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2988\" data-end=\"3074\">\n<p data-start=\"2990\" data-end=\"3074\">use the certificate as reference material, in a career portfolio or CV,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3162\">\n<p data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3162\">participate in events organised by Elite2You, where you must be certified<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3164\" data-end=\"3167\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3169\" data-end=\"3214\"><strong data-start=\"3173\" data-end=\"3214\">7. Refusal to issue a certificate<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3216\" data-end=\"3246\"><strong>A certificate cannot be issued if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3248\" data-end=\"3537\">\n<li data-start=\"3248\" data-end=\"3301\">\n<p data-start=\"3250\" data-end=\"3301\">the student has not completed the course (missing lessons),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3302\" data-end=\"3343\">\n<p data-start=\"3304\" data-end=\"3343\">did not achieve the expected examination score,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3344\" data-end=\"3402\">\n<p data-start=\"3346\" data-end=\"3402\">the practical material does not meet minimum standards,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3456\">\n<p data-start=\"3405\" data-end=\"3456\">breach of contract, abuse, ethical misconduct,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"3537\">\n<p data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3537\">for a purchase on instalments, not all the instalments have been paid.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3539\" data-end=\"3542\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3544\" data-end=\"3598\"><strong data-start=\"3548\" data-end=\"3598\">8. Re-issuing, in case of a lost certificate<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3599\" data-end=\"3784\">\n<li data-start=\"3599\" data-end=\"3673\">\n<p data-start=\"3601\" data-end=\"3673\">Duplicate available for a fee (electronic or paper)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3674\" data-end=\"3727\">\n<p data-start=\"3676\" data-end=\"3727\">Only the person who matches the student&#8217;s details may request<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3728\" data-end=\"3784\">\n<p data-start=\"3730\" data-end=\"3784\">The new copy will be marked &#8220;duplicate&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3786\" data-end=\"3789\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3791\" data-end=\"3820\"><strong data-start=\"3795\" data-end=\"3820\">9.
