Purpose of the Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"811\">The purpose of this policy is to set out the rules for authorising and regulating public speaking, press contacts, interviews and online and offline statements about the Elite2You brand, both for internal staff and for partners, models and external contributors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"933\">The aim: to maintain a consistent, professional brand image, avoid misunderstandings, damage and unauthorised communication.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"938\">\n<h3 data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"991\"><strong data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"991\">2. Who is entitled to make a statement on behalf of the brand?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1067\"><strong>The following persons are authorised to speak publicly on behalf of the brand:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1392\">\n<li data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1132\">\n<p data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1132\">The company&#8217;s official PR representative (e.g. Communications Manager)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1194\">\n<p data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1194\">The Executive Director or his\/her written authorisation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1271\">\n<p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1271\">Designated regional directors, only for events in their own region<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1317\">\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1317\">The academic leader on professional issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1392\">\n<p data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1392\">If necessary: approved brand ambassador, after prior consultation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1397\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1464\"><strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1464\">3. For all other operators: no disclosure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1533\"><strong>The following are not authorised to speak on behalf of the brand:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1711\">\n<li data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1573\">\n<p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1573\">Models, students, alumni participants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1608\">\n<p data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1608\">Trainers, coaches, subcontractors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1642\">\n<p data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1642\">Administrators, assistants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1711\">\n<p data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1711\">Any partner who does not have written authorisation or mandate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1735\"><strong>Prohibited on behalf of the brand:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1942\">\n<li data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1761\">\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1761\">Give a press statement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1819\">\n<p data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1819\">Appear as a podcast, interview, video or article<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1877\">\n<p data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1877\">Represent your company as the &#8220;official voice&#8221; on social media<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1942\">\n<p data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"1942\">Make negative or misleading statements about how the brand works<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"1947\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1949\" data-end=\"1980\"><strong data-start=\"1953\" data-end=\"1980\">4. Procedure for applying for an authorisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2056\"><strong>If an unofficial spokesperson (e.g. teacher, influencer) wants to make a statement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2395\">\n<li data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2140\">\n<p data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2140\">You must request written permission by e-mail to<br data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2115\">\ud83d\udce9 <strong><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2122\" data-end=\"2138\"> info@elite2you.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2349\">\n<p data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2181\">The request for authorisation must include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2349\">\n<li data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2242\">\n<p data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2242\">The purpose of the statement (e.g. interview, TikTok Live, podcast)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2308\">\n<p data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2308\">A link to or a copy of the notification form (if prepared in advance)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2349\">\n<p data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2349\">The expected date and target audience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2350\" data-end=\"2395\">\n<p data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2395\">The authorisation will be assessed within 3 days<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2400\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2443\"><strong data-start=\"2406\" data-end=\"2443\">5. Online communication rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2505\"><strong>For any post, story, video or manifestation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2856\">\n<li data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2611\">\n<p data-start=\"2509\" data-end=\"2611\">Only the official Elite2You name, slogan and logo may be used (without distortion or funny paraphrasing)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2612\" data-end=\"2711\">\n<p data-start=\"2614\" data-end=\"2711\">The use of the term &#8220;on behalf of Elite2You&#8221; is prohibited, unless authorised in writing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2856\">\n<p data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"2856\">Influencers and brand ambassadors are required to indicate that their comments reflect a personal opinion, not an official brand position<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"2861\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2863\" data-end=\"2899\"><strong data-start=\"2867\" data-end=\"2899\">6. Press relations management<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2901\" data-end=\"3141\">\n<li data-start=\"2901\" data-end=\"3043\">\n<p data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"3012\"><strong>All media, PR or press enquiries can only be handled through the central communication channel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3015\" data-end=\"3043\">\n<li data-start=\"3015\" data-end=\"3043\">\n<p data-start=\"3017\" data-end=\"3043\">\ud83d\udce9 <strong>i<a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3022\" data-end=\"3041\">nfo@eli<\/a>te2you.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3044\" data-end=\"3141\">\n<p data-start=\"3046\" data-end=\"3141\">Press releases, campaign announcements and interviews are written or approved by the PR team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3143\" data-end=\"3146\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3148\" data-end=\"3208\"><strong data-start=\"3152\" data-end=\"3208\">7. Legal consequences in case of unauthorised declaration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3286\"><strong>If you make a statement without permission, you may face the following consequences:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3288\" data-end=\"3571\">\n<li data-start=\"3288\" data-end=\"3357\">\n<p data-start=\"3290\" data-end=\"3357\">Warning, suspension from partnership or cooperation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3358\" data-end=\"3394\">\n<p data-start=\"3360\" data-end=\"3394\">Termination of an assignment or contract<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3481\">\n<p data-start=\"3397\" data-end=\"3481\">Claim for damages if the statement caused harm (reputation, income, legal risk)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3482\" data-end=\"3571\">\n<p data-start=\"3484\" data-end=\"3571\">If necessary: legal action for defamation, trademark infringement or breach of contract<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3573\" data-end=\"3576\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3578\" data-end=\"3607\"><strong data-start=\"3582\" data-end=\"3607\">8.
