Purpose of the Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"711\">The purpose of this policy is to set out the principles, procedures and responsibilities for the review, approval and publication of digital content (photos, videos, text, audio, AI-generated material) managed and published by Elite2You.<br data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"618\">Our aim is to provide quality content that is ethically appropriate and consistent with our brand.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"716\">\n<h3 data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"774\"><strong data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"774\">2. Types of content covered by the Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"1274\">\n<li data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"850\">\n<p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"850\">\ud83d\udcf8 <strong data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"796\">Image material<\/strong>: portraits, portfolio photos, artistic and erotic images<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"930\">\n<p data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"930\">\ud83c\udfa5 <strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"866\">Videos<\/strong>: introductory, educational, marketing or entertainment videos<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"1009\">\n<p data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1009\">\u270d\ufe0f <strong data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"958\">Text content<\/strong>: descriptions, posts, entries, profile profiles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1109\">\n<p data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1109\">\ud83e\udde0 <strong data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1046\">AI-generated content<\/strong>: images, text and images generated by artificial intelligence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1202\">\n<p data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1202\">\ud83d\udce2 <strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1144\">Social media content<\/strong>: posts on Instagram, TikTok, Elite2Fans, Models2You, etc. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1274\">\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1274\">\ud83c\udf99\ufe0f <strong data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1224\">Audio<\/strong>: podcasts, educational or promotional audio files<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1279\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1320\"><strong data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1320\">3. Steps in the approval process<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1344\">3.1.  <strong data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1344\">Send to<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1516\">Models or agency staff are required to submit their content via the official Elite2You interface (e.g. internal upload link, email, system).<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1551\">3.2.  <strong data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1551\">Prior checking<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1658\">The content is first reviewed by the relevant area director or designated mentor. Review criteria: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1790\">\n<li data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1706\">\n<p data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1706\">technical quality (light, focus, sound quality)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1730\">\n<p data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1730\">format and resolution<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1790\">\n<p data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1790\">meet the basic style and content requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1835\">3.3.  <strong data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1835\">Content and ethical control<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1910\">It is then assessed by the <strong data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1868\">Approval Team<\/strong> (or a designated content officer):<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"2246\">\n<li data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1972\">\n<p data-start=\"1913\" data-end=\"1972\">compliance with branding and communication guidelines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2050\">\n<p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2050\">it does not contain any unlawful, pornographic, harassing, racist or hateful material<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2151\">\n<p data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2151\">in the case of erotic content, it qualifies as an \u201cartistic act\u201d and not as a \u201csexual service\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2246\">\n<p data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2246\">written consent of the persons appearing (model release, photographer release) is available<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2278\">3.4.  <strong data-start=\"2258\" data-end=\"2278\">Final approval<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2320\">The content is given the status <strong data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2306\">\u201cApproved\u201d:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2321\" data-end=\"2444\">\n<li data-start=\"2321\" data-end=\"2354\">\n<p data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2354\">if it is suitable in all respects,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2444\">\n<p data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2444\">or <strong data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2378\">\u201cRejected\u201d<\/strong> status if a modification or replacement is required (with reasons).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2449\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2510\"><strong data-start=\"2455\" data-end=\"2510\">4. Rules for AI-generated content<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2511\" data-end=\"2863\">\n<li data-start=\"2511\" data-end=\"2707\">\n<p data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2707\">AI images or texts may only be used if they comply with ethical guidelines, do not copy the image of a real person and the model is not presented in an unrealistic context.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2708\" data-end=\"2798\">\n<p data-start=\"2710\" data-end=\"2798\">Images that have been modified by AI must be marked as such (\u201cdigitally modified\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2799\" data-end=\"2863\">\n<p data-start=\"2801\" data-end=\"2863\">The use of deepfake, arccsere, fake sound clones is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"2868\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2914\"><strong data-start=\"2874\" data-end=\"2914\">5. Personal rights and consents<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"3233\">\n<li data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"2998\">\n<p data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2998\">All participants must give written consent to the use of the content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3094\">\n<p data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3094\">The model has the right to withdraw his\/her consent, which will be examined by the agency within 30 days and cancelled if it is contrary to its rules and is unjustified.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3233\">\n<p data-start=\"3097\" data-end=\"3233\">The Agency reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently remove content in the event of infringement or ethical misconduct.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3238\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3240\" data-end=\"3268\"><strong data-start=\"3244\" data-end=\"3268\">6. Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3269\" data-end=\"3469\">\n<li data-start=\"3269\" data-end=\"3342\">\n<p data-start=\"3271\" data-end=\"3342\"><strong data-start=\"3271\" data-end=\"3293\">The submitter of content<\/strong> is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the material<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3343\" data-end=\"3400\">\n<p data-start=\"3345\" data-end=\"3400\"><strong data-start=\"3345\" data-end=\"3366\">Regional Director<\/strong> responsible for primary control<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3401\" data-end=\"3469\">\n<p data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3469\"><strong data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3444\">Content Officer \/ Approval Team<\/strong> makes the final decision<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3471\" data-end=\"3474\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3476\" data-end=\"3505\"><strong data-start=\"3480\" data-end=\"3505\">7.
