1. Purpose of the Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This Policy sets out who owns the intellectual property rights to digital content produced, uploaded or shared on Elite2You, in particular portfolio photos, videos, training materials and campaign images, and how they may be used or re-used for other purposes.<\/p>\n

2. Scope of application<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The policy applies to all content that:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • \n

    produced by Elite2You (photography, campaign, video shoot),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    is shared or stored on the Elite2You platform (elite2you.com, elite2fans.com, models2you.com, eroticwardrobe.com),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    is produced by a contracted partner (model, photographer, coach, teacher) and serves the Elite2You project.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Ownership and rights of use<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    \u27a4 Content commissioned by Elite2You (e.g. portfolio photos):<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      The copyright remains primarily with the agent, unless otherwise stated in the contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The photographer may not sell the images to third parties without the permission of Elite2You.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Elite2You is granted the exclusive right to use all such content without time, geographic or media restrictions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
