Purpose of the Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"632\">This policy sets out the guidelines, expectations and obligations that apply to individuals who publicly represent the Elite2You brand as influencers, brand ambassadors, content creators or model collaborators.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"637\">\n<h3 data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"698\"><strong data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"698\">2. Who qualifies as a brand ambassador or influencer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"733\"><strong>A brand ambassador is a person who:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"1073\">\n<li data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"831\">\n<p data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"831\">Participate in official Elite2You communications, events or campaigns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"914\">\n<p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"914\">Post branded content on social platforms with Elite2You&#8217;s permission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"987\">\n<p data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"987\">It has a long-standing partnership with the company and is given a prominent branding role<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1073\">\n<p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1073\">Use the brand name, logo, educational or marketing content on your own channels<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1078\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1129\"><strong data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1129\">3. Communication and behavioural expectations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1208\"><strong>Elite2You brand ambassadors should communicate according to the following principles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<li data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1256\">\n<p data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1256\">In a positive, supportive and inspiring style<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1333\">\n<p data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1333\">Only provide true, accurate and validated information about the brand<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1406\">\n<p data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1406\">Avoid defamatory, abusive or obscene language<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1515\">It is prohibited to publish any political, religious, extremist or divisive content under the name Elite2You<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1520\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1560\"><strong data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1560\">4. Use of brand name and logo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1928\">\n<li data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1668\">\n<p data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1668\">The brand name and logo may only be used by the influencer or brand ambassador with the permission of Elite2You<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1750\">\n<p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1750\">The logo may only be displayed in its original form, proportionally and in its original colour<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1832\">\n<p data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1832\">Modification, reinterpretation, distortion, parody of the brand name or logo is prohibited<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1928\">\n<p data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1928\">The use must make clear that the person is in partnership with the brand<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"1933\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"1968\"><strong data-start=\"1939\" data-end=\"1968\">5. Content requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"2046\"><strong>Content promoting your brand must meet the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2468\">\n<li data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2148\">\n<p data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2148\">Contain only images, video or text of your own creation or used for commercial purposes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2305\">\n<p data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2305\">The poster is obliged to mention Elite2You as a partner, e.g.:<br data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2221\"><code data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2240\">#Elite2YouModel<\/code>, <code data-start=\"2242\" data-end=\"2262\">@elite2youofficial<\/code>, or  <code data-start=\"2269\" data-end=\"2305\">K\u00e9sz\u00fclt az Elite2You t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1val<\/code><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2468\">\n<p data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2468\">All paid or promotional collaborations must be marked as &#8220;Ad&#8221;, &#8220;Sponsored&#8221; or &#8220;Sponsored Content&#8221; according to local rules<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"2473\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2475\" data-end=\"2523\"><strong data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2523\">6. Prohibited content and conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2587\"><strong>The following types of content are prohibited under the brand name:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2907\">\n<li data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2669\">\n<p data-start=\"2591\" data-end=\"2669\">Promoting alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, weapons or illegal activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2712\">\n<p data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2712\">Hate speech, discrimination, harassment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2713\" data-end=\"2779\">\n<p data-start=\"2715\" data-end=\"2779\">Obscene, pornographic or inappropriate content for minors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2780\" data-end=\"2832\">\n<p data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2832\">Comparative, defamatory posts about other brands<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2833\" data-end=\"2907\">\n<p data-start=\"2835\" data-end=\"2907\">Offer a training, product or service without Elite2You&#8217;s permission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2909\" data-end=\"2912\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2914\" data-end=\"2960\"><strong data-start=\"2918\" data-end=\"2960\">7. Verification, approval, copyright<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2962\" data-end=\"3375\">\n<li data-start=\"2962\" data-end=\"3112\">\n<p data-start=\"2964\" data-end=\"3112\">Elite2You reserves the right to pre-approve or subsequently request the removal of any content that does not comply with the policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3113\" data-end=\"3253\">\n<p data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3253\">The right of use of the visual and textual content produced in the course of the cooperation may also be transferred to Elite2You, subject to a separate agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3254\" data-end=\"3375\">\n<p data-start=\"3256\" data-end=\"3375\">Brand ambassadors are required to collaborate on campaign planning, provide feedback and adhere to the guidelines issued<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3377\" data-end=\"3380\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3382\" data-end=\"3410\"><strong data-start=\"3386\" data-end=\"3410\">8.
