Purpose of the document<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"736\">The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear and consistent framework for the internal staff of Elite2You, in particular those who have administrative, operational, organisational and coaching responsibilities. The aim is to ensure that internal operations are reliable, ethical, efficient and brand worthy. <\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"741\">\n<h3 data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"775\"><strong data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"775\">2. Scope of the Directives<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"833\">The following roles are covered by the Directive:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"1037\">\n<li data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"868\">\n<p data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"868\">Administrators, assistants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"915\">\n<p data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"915\">Customer service and coordination staff<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"962\">\n<p data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"962\">Coaches, mentors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1001\">\n<p data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1001\">Project managers, technical operators<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1037\">\n<p data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1037\">Internal HR and finance staff<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1167\">The Directive applies to all employees, contractors and subcontractors.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1172\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1203\"><strong data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1203\">3. Basic expectations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1233\">All employees must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1696\">\n<li data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1320\">\n<p data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1320\">Represent brand values, credibility and professionalism in all situations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1401\">\n<p data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1401\">Perform the tasks assigned to him\/her in a responsible, reliable and efficient manner<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1497\">\n<p data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1497\">Confidentiality of business, financial, personal or strategic data<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1607\">\n<p data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1607\">Avoid internal conflict, talking out, negative moods or behaviour that causes loss of confidence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1696\">\n<p data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1696\">Report any illegal, unethical or offensive activity without delay<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1701\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1745\"><strong data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1745\">4. Working hours and availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"2067\">\n<li data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1868\">\n<p data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1868\">The worker must be available at the times specified in the contract of engagement or employment contract<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1976\">\n<p data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1976\">When working online, you are expected to respond in a timely manner, meet deadlines and be reliable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"2067\">\n<p data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2067\">Employees must check their email and internal messaging channels daily<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2072\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2074\" data-end=\"2115\"><strong data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2115\">5. Internal communication guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2117\" data-end=\"2422\">\n<li data-start=\"2117\" data-end=\"2210\">\n<p data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2210\">A cultured, respectful and goal-oriented style of internal communication is expected<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2298\">\n<p data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2298\">Disputes should be handled as quickly, peacefully and effectively as possible<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2299\" data-end=\"2422\">\n<p data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2422\">All formal communications (e-mail, minutes, memos) should be documented if the nature of the task requires it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2424\" data-end=\"2427\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2429\" data-end=\"2474\"><strong data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2474\">6. Reward, motivation and performance appraisal<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3156\" data-end=\"3420\">\n<li data-start=\"3156\" data-end=\"3248\">\n<p data-start=\"3158\" data-end=\"3248\">Staff performance is assessed through monthly, quarterly and annual feedback<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3249\" data-end=\"3420\">\n<p data-start=\"3251\" data-end=\"3295\"><strong>There is an opportunity for outstanding performance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3298\" data-end=\"3420\">\n<li data-start=\"3298\" data-end=\"3332\">\n<p data-start=\"3300\" data-end=\"3332\">pay a bonus or premium<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3335\" data-end=\"3372\">\n<p data-start=\"3337\" data-end=\"3372\">provide opportunities for career progression<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3375\" data-end=\"3420\">\n<p data-start=\"3377\" data-end=\"3420\">to participate in an internal referral system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3425\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3427\" data-end=\"3473\"><strong data-start=\"3431\" data-end=\"3473\">9.
