Ownership<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"913\">The &#8220;Elite2You&#8221; name, logo, logos, branding elements, slogans, design elements and combinations thereof are the exclusive intellectual property of <strong data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"840\">Elite2You Ltd (UK)<\/strong> and are protected by trademark.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"918\">\n<h3 data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"953\"><strong data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"953\">3. Beneficiaries<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1026\"><strong>Only the following parties are entitled to use the brand name and logo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1359\">\n<li data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1076\">\n<p data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1076\">Officially appointed franchise partners<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1133\">\n<p data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1133\">Sublicence holders with a written contract<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1196\">\n<p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1196\">Regional directors who are authorised to operate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1266\">\n<p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1266\">Official Elite2You staff and contract partners<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1267\" data-end=\"1359\">\n<p data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1359\">Collaborating companies, trainers, consultants authorised in writing by Elite2You<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1467\">The use is valid only for the area, form and duration specified in the contract concluded.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1472\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1505\"><strong data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1505\">4. Conditions of use<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1591\">The use of the brand name and logo is permitted provided the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"2003\">\n<li data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1663\">\n<p data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1663\">Only according to the Elite2You official visual identity manual<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1736\">\n<p data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1736\">Without modification, keeping only the original proportions and colours<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1803\">\n<p data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"1803\">Considering reputation, brand quality and visual unity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1906\">\n<p data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1906\">Only for authorised media and activities (e.g. website, business card, social media)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"2003\">\n<p data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"2003\">In all cases, you must indicate &#8220;The Elite2You brand name is used under license.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2008\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2058\"><strong data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2058\">5. Use is prohibited in the following cases<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2140\"><strong>The use of the brand name, logo or image is expressly prohibited in the following cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2707\">\n<li data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2215\">\n<p data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2215\">If there is no valid written authorisation or sub-licence agreement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2216\" data-end=\"2287\">\n<p data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2287\">If the user has withdrawn, been excluded or the contract has been terminated<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2372\">\n<p data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2372\">Distortion, modification, &#8220;parody&#8221; or misleading use of the brand name<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2373\" data-end=\"2493\">\n<p data-start=\"2375\" data-end=\"2493\">Erotic, political, extremist, obscene, or any content incompatible with Elite2You values<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2603\">\n<p data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2603\">On a website, social media profile or platform that does not serve the official purposes of Elite2You<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2707\">\n<p data-start=\"2606\" data-end=\"2707\">Any activity that jeopardises the brand&#8217;s reputation or damages its credibility<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2712\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"2742\"><strong data-start=\"2718\" data-end=\"2742\">6.
