Date of entry into force: 14.04.2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n This policy sets out the principles and operational framework for the cooperation between the student<\/strong> and the teacher<\/strong> in the Elite2You Academy courses.<\/p>\n This policy helps to create a professional and balanced learning environment, clarifies roles and promotes conflict-free cooperation.<\/p>\n During the course, the teacher is available to the student through the channels defined (e.g. in-course messaging, email, online consultation).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The teacher must answer the student\u2019s questions within 3 working days at the latest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The communication style should be mutually fair, polite and purposeful.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n On behalf of the instructor:<\/strong><\/p>\n The instructor is professionally and authoritatively responsible for the content of the course material.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The instructor must provide up-to-date, accurate, well-structured and teachable material.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The instructor may not remove uploaded content during the course, except with the approval of the administration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n For the student:<\/strong><\/p>\n The student has the right to view and download the course material, but not the right to distribute, copy or use it for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The student agrees to use the materials solely for his\/her own development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The teacher is responsible for setting the tasks and examinations related to the curriculum and for assessing the student\u2019s work.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The evaluation is based on objective criteria, according to pre-defined criteria.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The certificate is issued when the student fulfils the course requirements, which are checked by the instructor or the examination board.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The teacher and the student must refrain from any discriminatory, harassing or unethical behaviour.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The teacher may not ask for or accept personal gifts or monetary benefits from the student.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The student may not use the course to harass the teacher privately or to solicit the teacher for personal purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Teachers must keep confidential the personal data, performance and learning history of students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The student may not record or distribute the lectures, videos or other teaching materials of the instructor without the written permission of the teacher.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Both parties must comply with the GDPR.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Any party may submit a comment or complaint to the Academy\u2019s customer service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n All complaints must be made in writing and will be investigated within 7 working days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Violation of the policy by the teacher may result in temporary or permanent suspension of teaching privileges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Violation of the policy by the student may result in suspension or expulsion from the course, with legal action if warranted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" \ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udfeb Code of Cooperation between Teacher and Student Date of entry into force: 14.04.2024.
