Basic concepts<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"964\">\n<li data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"749\">\n<p data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"749\"><strong data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"678\">Provider<\/strong>: the operator of the Elite2You digital education and management platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"829\">\n<p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"829\"><strong data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"764\">Student<\/strong>: a registered natural person who orders the services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"908\">\n<p data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"908\"><strong data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"845\">Course<\/strong>: digital learning material that can be accessed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"964\">\n<p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"964\"><strong data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"923\">Academy<\/strong>: the online learning system of Elite2You.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"991\">3. Subject matter of the contract<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1235\">These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Student, which applies to the Elite2You Academy\u2019s courses, digital content, additional services (e.g. portfolio photography, coaching, mentoring) and website use.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1283\">4. Purchase, instalments and enrolment<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1648\">\n<li data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1353\">\n<p data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1353\">Courses are ordered and paid for online.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1425\">\n<p data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1425\">The Student is considered enrolled as soon as the first instalment is paid.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1535\">\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1535\">An instalment payment is not a trial period and you are required to make the next instalment no more than once a month.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1648\">\n<p data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1648\">Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in exclusion from further services and benefits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1689\">5. Digital products and delivery<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1940\">\n<li data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1762\">\n<p data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"1762\">Access to course materials is automatically available after payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1868\">\n<p data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1868\">The course is considered a digital product, and by accessing it the Student waives his\/her right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1940\">\n<p data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1940\">The course is closed and only available to registered users.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"1973\">6. Gift portfolio photography<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2308\">\n<li data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2059\">\n<p data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2059\">After the first instalment has been paid, the Student is entitled to a free portfolio photo shoot.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2159\">\n<p data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2159\">Participation is subject to the submission of a signed \u201cDeclaration of Consent\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2236\">\n<p data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2236\">The exact time and location of the photo shoot will be agreed upon.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2237\" data-end=\"2308\">\n<p data-start=\"2239\" data-end=\"2308\">The right to use the images and videos belongs to Elite2You.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2310\" data-end=\"2344\">7. Communication and notifications<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2490\">\n<li data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2407\">\n<p data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2407\">The Service Provider will send all official communications by e-mail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2408\" data-end=\"2490\">\n<p data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2490\">The Student must provide a working e-mail address and check it regularly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2520\">8. Liability and exclusion<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2730\">\n<li data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2649\">\n<p data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2649\">The Service Provider is not liable for technical errors, service interruptions or damages caused by third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2650\" data-end=\"2730\">\n<p data-start=\"2652\" data-end=\"2730\">In case of serious or repeated offences, the Student may be expelled from the Academy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2732\" data-end=\"2768\">9. Copyright and brand protection<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2769\" data-end=\"2935\">\n<li data-start=\"2769\" data-end=\"2834\">\n<p data-start=\"2771\" data-end=\"2834\">All Elite2You materials, designs and brand names are protected by copyright.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2835\" data-end=\"2935\">\n<p data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2935\">The Student is not entitled to use the materials, the brand or the system for any commercial purpose.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2937\" data-end=\"2956\">10. Data management<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2957\" data-end=\"3151\">\n<li data-start=\"2957\" data-end=\"3026\">\n<p data-start=\"2959\" data-end=\"3026\">The Service Provider processes users\u2019 data in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3151\">\n<p data-start=\"3029\" data-end=\"3151\">The privacy notice is available in a separate document<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3421\"><\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3423\" data-end=\"3439\">11. Legal disputes<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3440\" data-end=\"3585\">The parties try to settle their disputes amicably in the first instance.
