The Elite2You Academy is a digital learning platform that provides online courses, educational materials, coaching services and additional gifts (e.g. portfolio photography) to enrolled students. By using the website and\/or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms of Use. <\/p>\n
Enrolment for the course is by purchase. A person who chooses to pay in instalments and pays at least the first instalment is considered to be enrolled. The payment of the first instalment automatically establishes a contractual relationship which gives full access to the Academy\u2019s services. Access to learning materials and gift services starts from this date. <\/p>\n
The instalment payment does not imply a probationary period \u2013 a valid contractual relationship is established as soon as the first instalment is paid. The student agrees to pay the balance every 4 weeks at the most. You can pay earlier, but you must purchase the next instalment within 4 weeks. <\/p>\n
This is important because the Academy will start preparing the benefits you are entitled to after your first payment \u2013 for example, photography, administrative support, or teaching and coaching services.<\/p>\n
If the next instalment is not paid on time, the first late payment will result in the loss of eligibility for further benefits and discounts \u2013 including any extra services and bonus opportunities.<\/p>\n
The portfolio photography associated with the course is a gift service provided by the Academy to support students\u2019 professional image. Photography is automatically included with the payment of the first instalment. <\/p>\n
The date, location and conduct of the photo shoot will be determined by the Academy and the designated photographer in consultation with the student.<\/p>\n
To take part in the photo shoot, you must sign the following document: <\/strong><\/p>\n (Please download the document, print it out and bring the signed copy to the photo shoot)<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Licence from Elite2You agency<\/strong> These documents set out the legal conditions for the use of images and videos and ensure that the Agency can legally use them for marketing, advertising, education and public relations purposes.<\/p>\n The Agency is the exclusive owner of the images and videos taken during the photo shoot. They may only be used by the student with the prior written permission of the Agency (e.g. portfolio, social media), which the model will receive with the images. <\/p>\n The student must cancel the booked photo session at least 24 hours in advance. In case of a delay of more than 10 minutes, the photo session will be postponed. The first modification is free of charge, each subsequent modification will incur a fee, to be determined by the photographer. <\/p>\n As the course is an instant access digital service, the student waives his\/her right of withdrawal by starting the access (e.g. login, download, confirmation of photo session).<\/p>\n All course materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. No material may be copied, adapted or shared publicly. Completion of the course does not entitle the holder to act as an instructor or to use the brand name independently. <\/p>\n By enrolling, the student agrees to abide by the Academy\u2019s policies, in particular with regard to appearance, communication style, data handling and legal obligations. In the case of serious or repeated offences, the Academy reserves the right to exclude the student. <\/p>\n Formal communication from the Academy will be by e-mail.
