Please read the section that applies to you carefully. <\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"746\">\n<h2 data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"812\">\ud83c\udf93 1. Elite2You Academy \u2013 Digital courses and content <\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"1048\">All products available on the Academy, including video courses, audiobooks, coaching services and educational materials, are considered digital products that are available for online access or download.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1073\">Legal background:<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1291\">Pursuant to Government Decree 45\/2014 (26.II.), once access to digital content has begun, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal for 14 days if he has given his prior consent to the performance.   <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1323\">Refund conditions:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1705\">\n<li data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1415\">\n<p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1415\">No refund is possible after the first opening or downloading of the course material.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1550\">\n<p data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1550\">If you are unable to access the course material due to a technical error, our customer service team will be obliged to rectify this or provide a refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1705\">\n<p data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1705\">If the access has not yet been activated and a refund is requested within 3 days of purchase, a refund may be possible in justified cases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1740\">You are not entitled to a refund:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1913\">\n<li data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1809\">\n<p data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1809\">If the student fails to complete the course due to his\/her own default.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1849\">\n<p data-start=\"1812\" data-end=\"1849\">If the access period (30 days) has expired.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"1913\">\n<p data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1913\">If the course was available as part of a promotion or gift.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"1918\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"1977\">\ud83c\udf1f 2. Elite2Fans \u2013 Digital subscription service <\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2114\">The Elite2Fans platform offers automatic monthly or other cycle subscriptions, including digital-only services.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2145\">Refund rules:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2531\">\n<li data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2202\">\n<p data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2202\">No refunds will be made for the period already paid.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2314\">\n<p data-start=\"2205\" data-end=\"2314\">The subscription can be cancelled at any time in the account and no new fee will be charged from the next cycle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2391\">\n<p data-start=\"2317\" data-end=\"2391\">A refund may be requested in case of technical errors (e.g. duplicate loads).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2531\">\n<p data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2531\">If the user has clearly not used the service, a partial or full refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2536\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2538\" data-end=\"2600\">\ud83d\udcbc 3. Models2You \u2013 Premium model management services <\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2602\" data-end=\"2754\">The services provided by Models2You \u2013 such as portfolio creation, campaign management, marketing \u2013 are personalised digital services.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2756\" data-end=\"2786\">Refund conditions:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"3034\">\n<li data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"2919\">\n<p data-start=\"2790\" data-end=\"2919\">If the service has not started and the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the purchase, the request can be processed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"3034\">\n<p data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"3034\">If the agency fails to provide the agreed service, the customer is entitled to a partial or full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3069\">You are not entitled to a refund:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3071\" data-end=\"3251\">\n<li data-start=\"3071\" data-end=\"3154\">\n<p data-start=\"3073\" data-end=\"3154\">If the service has already started (e.g. launching a campaign, creating a portfolio).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3155\" data-end=\"3251\">\n<p data-start=\"3157\" data-end=\"3251\">If the cooperation fails due to the customer\u2019s failure (e.g. not sending material, not responding).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3256\">\n<h2 data-start=\"3258\" data-end=\"3307\">\ud83d\udc57 4. EroticWardrob webshop \u2013 Physical products <\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3309\" data-end=\"3483\">EroticWardrob is a classic online store that sells physical products.
