Exercising the right of withdrawal – Information and Declaration<\/h2>\n

1. Right of withdrawal for digital products<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The customer is generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under Government Decree 45\/2014 (26.II.), with the following exceptions: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> The buyer loses his right of withdrawal if the sale concerns digital content and downloading or accessing has begun, with his prior express consent and a simultaneous declaration that he loses his right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Courses, tutorials and subscriptions offered by Elite2You Academy are digital content, so the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in case of immediate access after purchase.<\/p>\n

2. Withdrawal in exceptional cases<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Operator may provide a refund on an equitable basis in the case of exceptional fairness (e.g. technical error, accidental double payment) – within a maximum of 3 working days after the purchase.<\/p>\n
