Code of Ethics for Managers and Directors
Effective: 14 April 2025
1. Purpose of the Code
The purpose of this document is to set out a common set of values and standards of behaviour for all individuals who hold a leadership or management role within the Elite2You system – including regional directors, academic directors, operational managers, education coordinators and brand managers.
Leadership is not only an operational responsibility, but also a responsibility to lead by example.
2. General principles
All Elite2You managers and directors must:

Represent the brand’s mission, values and ethical standards in all circumstances

Communicate authentically, transparently and respectfully
-
Refrain from any behaviour that jeopardises the brand’s reputation or internal integrity
-
Do not use your management status to promote your own interests
-
To act with the utmost professional diligence, according to his/her abilities and responsibilities
3. Expectations of managerial behaviour
The following behaviours are expected of all managers and directors:

Integrity: adhering to the principles of fairness, transparency and honesty.

Leading by example: consistent, inspiring and motivating behaviour towards subordinates, learners and models.

Confidentiality: protecting and keeping confidential internal data, models, students or business information.

Independence: objective decision making, avoiding conflicts of interest (e.g. favouring own business).

Social responsibility: promoting community sensitivity and a non-discriminatory and harassment-free environment.
4. Prohibited behaviours and abuses
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

Putting your own financial, personal or political interests before the interests of the brand

Immoral, pressurising or manipulative communication with models or students
-
Exceeding the scope of authority (e.g. entering into a contract or making a statement on behalf of the company without authorisation)

Leak internal information, use for own purposes

Attempting to lease, transfer or resell your own or another’s position
5. Community and public behaviour
Managers also have a responsibility to represent the quality of the brand to the public:

No negative content, posts or statements about the brand
-
A brand-appropriate appearance and behaviour is mandatory in all appearances (events, interviews, online content)

Any media, PR or interview situation must be agreed in advance with the Central Communications Manager
6. Decision-making and responsibilities

Leaders’ decisions can have an impact on the careers of models, learners and staff – so all decisions should be made objectively, in a documented and traceable way

Only the authorised manager is entitled to represent the company, on the instructions of the governing body

Managers are responsible for the transparent, legal and ethical operation of their area of responsibility
7. Reporting ethical breaches

All managers are required to report any ethical misconduct, abuse or misconduct by other managers or subordinates

8. Legal consequences
In the event of an ethics violation, Elite2You may take the following actions:

Written warning
-
Temporary suspension from management
-
Total exclusion from the organisation
-
Termination of contract and possible legal proceedings
9. Final provisions
This code is the basis for all theapplies to Elite2You directors, managers and partners in a responsible role. The document will be reviewed annually, and the current version is always available on this page.
