Regulation of AI
AI and Automation Usage Policy
Effective: 14 April 2024
1. Purpose of the Code
The purpose of this document is to provide a transparent framework for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and automated systems by Elite2You. The aim is to provide technological solutions:
-
effectively support operations,
-
not violate human dignity, rights and data protection,
-
be in line with brand values and relevant legislation (e.g. GDPR, EU AI Act).
2. Systems and applications concerned
Elite2You uses AI or automation for the following purposes and platforms:
| Territory | Type of use |
|---|---|
| 📚 Education | Automatic test generation, level assessment |
| 🧠 Examination | AI-based assessment recommendations (not a final decision!) |
| 🧾 Customer care | Chatbot, email reply templates |
| 📝 Copywriting | Generating content ideas, outlines using AI |
| 🎨 Imaging | AI-based illustrations, generated visual content |
| 🗂️ Administration | Automated form processing, CRM workflows |
| 💬 Community | Automatic comment moderation, filtering suspicious behaviour |
3. Status of content produced by AI
-
Content produced by an AI (e.g. a text or image-creating device) is not considered a human work of authorship under most legal systems.
-
Elite2You always uses human verification before publishing or making decisions.
-
Content or assessments that are 100% AI-generated for learners, models and users should be clearly marked, e.g: “This answer was generated using artificial intelligence.”
“This is an automatically generated exam.”
4. Ethical principles when using AI
AI and automated decision-making are applied along the following principles:
-
Transparency: the user should always be informed about the use of AI if it has been 100% helpful to the instructor, staff, etc.
-
Human oversight: all AI-supported decisions are approved by a human.
-
Non-discrimination: it is forbidden to use any algorithm that discriminates in any way (e.g. on the basis of gender, age, origin).
-
Data security: all AI devices must only process personal data in a GDPR-compliant manner.
5. Prohibited uses of AI in Elite2You systems
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
-
Artificially altering the profile of a model or student without consent
-
Use or distribution of deepfake technology
-
Automatically generated fake reviews, comments or test results
-
Misleading advice from a chatbot
-
Use of third party AI tools without Elite2You’s permission
6. AI tools used by users and learners
-
Learners should only use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI) that do not violate the credibility of the teaching and are not plagiarised.
-
During an exam, assignment or essay, the use of an AI device is only allowed with prior permission.
-
It must be indicated on all AI-supported submissions: “The answer was also helped by an AI tool.”
7. Legal consequences for non-compliance
In the event of a breach of the AI usage rules, Elite2You may take the following actions:
-
Warning or suspension
-
Cancelling an exam result
