Internal Employee Guidelines

1. Purpose of the document
The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear and consistent framework for the internal staff of Elite2You, in particular those who have administrative, operational, organisational and coaching responsibilities. The aim is to ensure that internal operations are reliable, ethical, efficient and brand worthy.
2. Scope of the Directives
The following roles are covered by the Directive:

Administrators, assistants

Customer service and coordination staff

Coaches, mentors
-
Project managers, technical operators
-
Internal HR and finance staff
The Directive applies to all employees, contractors and subcontractors.
3. Basic expectations
All employees must:

Represent brand values, credibility and professionalism in all situations

Perform the tasks assigned to him/her in a responsible, reliable and efficient manner
-
Confidentiality of business, financial, personal or strategic data
-
Avoid internal conflict, talking out, negative moods or behaviour that causes loss of confidence
-
Report any illegal, unethical or offensive activity without delay
4. Working hours and availability
-
The worker must be available at the times specified in the contract of engagement or employment contract
-
When working online, you are expected to respond in a timely manner, meet deadlines and be reliable
-
Employees must check their email and internal messaging channels daily
5. Internal communication guidelines
-
A cultured, respectful and goal-oriented style of internal communication is expected
-
Disputes should be handled as quickly, peacefully and effectively as possible
-
All formal communications (e-mail, minutes, memos) should be documented if the nature of the task requires it
6. Handover and documentation of tasks
-
The employee must document the tasks he/she performs as required (e.g. weekly report, status report)
-
In case of termination or change of tasks, you must hand over in writing the tasks, accesses and materials
-
Guidance on the transfer of the job is provided by the Head Office/HR
7. Use of tools and systems

Use company-provided work equipment (e.g. laptops, drawers, systems) for work purposes only
-
Passwords for devices, accounts, accesses must be managed securely
-
No unauthorised access to other people’s data or accounts
8. Reward, motivation and performance appraisal

Staff performance is assessed through monthly, quarterly and annual feedback
-
There is an opportunity for outstanding performance:
-
pay a bonus or premium
-
provide opportunities for career progression
-
to participate in an internal referral system
-
9. Expected loyalty and brand protection
-
The employee must refrain from any public statement that could jeopardise the brand’s reputation or its operations
-
You are prohibited from copying, leaking or transmitting Elite2You’s operations or internal systems to a competitor during and after employment
10. Legal consequences in case of non-compliance
In case of non-compliance, the company may take the following action:
-
Verbal or written warning
-
Suspension of contract, termination of contract
-
Restrictions on access rights
-
In case of dispute: legal action, claiming damages
11. Final provisions

This policy applies to all internal Elite2You employees
-
Acceptance is a condition for signing the contract and starting work
