I, as a user, hereby declare that my participation in the Elite2You Model Agency program and services is entirely at my own discretion and responsibility.

I acknowledge that the model career building opportunities provided by Elite2You – in particular digital modeling, OnlyFans management, social media presence and online content creation – may involve unique and public exposure, as well as financial and legal risks.

I stated that:

• I am over 18 years old and a natural person with legal capacity;

• I understood the nature of a digital model career, the process of content creation and publishing, and the possible consequences of being in the public domain;

• I acknowledge that earning potential may vary from individual to individual and that success is not guaranteed as it will depend largely on my own activities, marketing activities, quality of content production and the interest of the target audience;

• when participating on digital platforms (e.g. Elite2Fans, OnlyFans, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, etc.), you are bound by the terms of use, community guidelines and the laws of your country;

• Elite2You accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any misuse, third party infringement or privacy breach of the content I publish;

• I also acknowledge the risk of any cultural, legal or linguistic differences resulting from international cooperation.

I further declare that:

• all educational and professional material provided by Elite2You will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties;

• I use the mentoring, promotion and management services provided by Elite2You solely for my own development and career;

• I accept the Elite2You Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By acknowledging the above, I declare that my participation in the services of the Elite2You modelling agency is entered into responsibly, knowingly and voluntarily.
