1. Purpose of the Code
The purpose of this policy is to set out the responsibilities, safety and behaviours that apply during trips, workshops, photo shoots, training, events and meetings organised or sponsored by Elite2You.
The aim is to provide a safe, professional and consistent framework for participation for all models, trainers, partners and staff.
2. Types of events affected

3. Conditions of travel and participation

Participation is always voluntary, but subject to prior registration or invitation.

Participants must arrive on time, respect the exact location, time, dress code and what to bring.

Participation may be conditional on a certificate, active status, previous performance or a recommendation.
4. Costs and charging of costs

All cost structures must be communicated in writing to the participants in advance.
5. Standards of conduct
5.1. General expectations

Participating on behalf of Elite2You is a representation and all participants are expected to behave in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.

No scandalous, alcoholic or sexually explicit behaviour is allowed at the events.
5.2. Appearance and dress

The dress code for each event is issued in advance.

The look should be well-groomed, elegant or in keeping with the theme of the event.
5.3. Content creation

Content is allowed, but prior written consent from the Agency is required for publication.

Prohibited: videoing others without permission, backstage leaks, posting private locations
6. Declaration of liability

By registering for the event, participants agree that:

participate in the event at their own risk,

are in good health and physical condition,

comply with travel and safety regulations.

The Agency shall not be liable for any damage, injury or occurrence resulting from a breach of this Code or the conduct of a third party.
7. Resignation and exclusion

Cancellations after registration up to 72 hours before the event are free of charge.

Late cancellation or absence without explanation may result in a warning and exclusion from the next event.

Serious misconduct will result in immediate removal and exclusion from future events.
8. Final provisions

This policy applies to all Elite2You events, regardless of the venue or the person who organises the event.

By registering for or participating in an event, the participant automatically accepts all of the terms and conditions of these rules.
