Code of Ethics for Artistic Nude Photography and Erotic Content

1. Purpose of the Code

This policy aims to regulate the framework for artistic nude photography and erotic content production on Elite2You. Particular attention is paid to the dignity of the models, professional aesthetics, as well as legality and ethical standards.

2. Definitions

• Artistic Nude: A nude or partially nude depiction for aesthetic purposes, not directly depicting a sexual act, and which conforms to the rules of visual art.

• Erotic content: sensual, suggestive visual, video or text material that has an erotic connotation – within the limits of the permitted content.

• Pornographic content: material that explicitly depicts a sexual act intended solely for the purpose of arousing sexual excitement – within the limits of the law.

3. Content requirements

3.1. Forms accepted

• Glamour, boudoir, fine art nude, silhouette light show

• Partial nudity (covered or artistically covered intimate parts of the body)

• Sensual, feminine, stylish poses, with special attention to the model’s facial expression and posture

3.2. Prohibited content

• Open sexual intercourse or imitation thereof

• Exploitative, humiliating postures or expressions

• BDSM, Fetish, Violent, “casting couch” type content

• Posture or use of a device that gives the appearance of sexual service

4. Rules on photo shoots

4.1. Contract and consent

• To participate in the photo shoot, all models must sign a written consent form (Model Release).

• The photographer will also be required to sign a Photographer Release Statement, which guarantees that the images can be used for commercial purposes and were taken in a legally compliant manner.

4.2. Photographer and model relationship

• Only a professional, assisted environment (photographer, lighting technician, stylist – if possible) is allowed during the shoot.

• Any physical contact or crossing of trust boundaries is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion.

• The model has the right to stop the process at any point during the shoot.

4.3. Post-production and approval

• In all cases, the model can view and approve the images before publication.

• Manipulation of images (AI, deepfake, body editing) can only be done with the model’s permission.

5. Publication guidelines

• All erotic or nude content must be displayed only on the following platforms:

  • Elite2Fans

  • Models2You (as a model portfolio)

  • Models own OnlyFans page

• Only censored or implied versions are allowed on TikTok, Instagram and public websites.

• Images may not be resold or transferred to third parties without the written permission of Elite2You.

6. Age limit and legal compliance

• Models producing erotic or nude content must be at least 18 years old.

• The identity, age and legal capacity of all participants must be verifiable and documented.

• All content is produced and distributed in compliance with Hungarian, EU and international legislation.

7. Ethical standards and brand protection

• The aim is not to sexualise, but to present femininity, sensuality and self-expression in an artistic way.

• The models are not commodities – all content is for personal development and self-confidence.

• The Elite2You brand name cannot be associated with pornographic, violent or exploitative content.

8. Disputes and complaint handling

• Models can immediately report any unpleasant experiences, misconduct or abuse to the Director or the international complaints channel.

• The Agency has a zero tolerance approach to unethical behaviour – all cases are investigated.

9. Final provisions

• This policy applies to all participants in the Elite2You system, including models, photographers, stylists and community managers.

• Acceptance of this document is a condition for participation in portfolio photography or erotic content creation.

• The policy is reviewed and updated annually.
