Content Review and Approval Policy

1. Purpose of the Code
The purpose of this policy is to set out the principles, procedures and responsibilities for the review, approval and publication of digital content (photos, videos, text, audio, AI-generated material) managed and published by Elite2You.
Our aim is to provide quality content that is ethically appropriate and consistent with our brand.
2. Types of content covered by the Code

📸 Image material: portraits, portfolio photos, artistic and erotic images

🎥 Videos: introductory, educational, marketing or entertainment videos
-
✍️ Text content: descriptions, posts, entries, profile profiles
-
🧠 AI-generated content: images, text and images generated by artificial intelligence
-
📢 Social media content: posts on Instagram, TikTok, Elite2Fans, Models2You, etc.

🎙️ Audio: podcasts, educational or promotional audio files
3. Steps in the approval process
3.1. Send to
Models or agency staff are required to submit their content via the official Elite2You interface (e.g. internal upload link, email, system).
3.2. Prior checking
The content is first reviewed by the relevant area director or designated mentor. Review criteria:

technical quality (light, focus, sound quality)

format and resolution
-
meet the basic style and content requirements
3.3. Content and ethical control
It is then assessed by the Approval Team (or a designated content officer):

compliance with branding and communication guidelines
-
it does not contain any unlawful, pornographic, harassing, racist or hateful material
-
in the case of erotic content, it qualifies as an “artistic act” and not as a “sexual service”
-
written consent of the persons appearing (model release, photographer release) is available
3.4. Final approval
The content is given the status “Approved”:
-
if it is suitable in all respects,
-
or “Rejected” status if a modification or replacement is required (with reasons).
4. Rules for AI-generated content

AI images or texts may only be used if they comply with ethical guidelines, do not copy the image of a real person and the model is not presented in an unrealistic context.

Images that have been modified by AI must be marked as such (“digitally modified”).

The use of deepfake, arccsere, fake sound clones is prohibited.
5. Personal rights and consents

All participants must give written consent to the use of the content.

The model has the right to withdraw his/her consent, which will be examined by the agency within 30 days and cancelled if it is contrary to its rules and is unjustified.

The Agency reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently remove content in the event of infringement or ethical misconduct.
6. Responsibilities

The submitter of content is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the material

Regional Director responsible for primary control

Content Officer / Approval Team makes the final decision
7. Final provisions
This Policy supplements the Code of Ethics, the Code of Community Conduct and the Privacy Policy.
In any case of question, the decision is made by the International Content Officer or the Legal Director.
Elite2You reserves the right to amend this Policy.
