🔁 Return and refund policy

Effective: 14.04.2024.

This policy applies to the platforms providing the following services:
Elite2You Academy, Elite2Fans, Models2You, EroticWardrob.

The types of products and services are different, so the refund rules are different. Please read the section that applies to you carefully.

🎓 1. Elite2You Academy – Digital courses and content

All products available on the Academy, including video courses, audiobooks, coaching services and educational materials, are considered digital products that are available for online access or download.

Legal background:

Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.), once access to digital content has begun, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal for 14 days if he has given his prior consent to the performance.

Refund conditions:

  • No refund is possible after the first opening or downloading of the course material.

  • If you are unable to access the course material due to a technical error, our customer service team will be obliged to rectify this or provide a refund.

  • If the access has not yet been activated and a refund is requested within 3 days of purchase, a refund may be possible in justified cases.

You are not entitled to a refund:

  • If the student fails to complete the course due to his/her own default.

  • If the access period (30 days) has expired.

  • If the course was available as part of a promotion or gift.

🌟 2. Elite2Fans – Digital subscription service

The Elite2Fans platform offers automatic monthly or other cycle subscriptions, including digital-only services.

Refund rules:

  • No refunds will be made for the period already paid.

  • The subscription can be cancelled at any time in the account and no new fee will be charged from the next cycle.

  • A refund may be requested in case of technical errors (e.g. duplicate loads).

  • If the user has clearly not used the service, a partial or full refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

💼 3. Models2You – Premium model management services

The services provided by Models2You – such as portfolio creation, campaign management, marketing – are personalised digital services.

Refund conditions:

  • If the service has not started and the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the purchase, the request can be processed.

  • If the agency fails to provide the agreed service, the customer is entitled to a partial or full refund.

You are not entitled to a refund:

  • If the service has already started (e.g. launching a campaign, creating a portfolio).

  • If the cooperation fails due to the customer’s failure (e.g. not sending material, not responding).

👗 4. EroticWardrob webshop – Physical products

EroticWardrob is a classic online store that sells physical products. In accordance with European Union consumer protection rules, customers have a right of withdrawal.

Cancellation conditions:

  • The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.

  • The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

  • The refund will only cover the price of the product, except in the case of defective performance.

You are not entitled to a refund:

  • For hygiene products (e.g. underwear), if the packaging has been opened.

  • For custom-made, tailor-made products.

  • If the return is not made within 14 days.

  • Justification for the refund

📜 Special cases

Elite2You considers each request individually, with particular attention to the interests of the client and the legal requirements.

This policy complies with Google Merchant Center requirements for digital products and physical returns.
