Access to digital content policy

This policy applies to digital courses and educational materials sold by Elite2You Academy. It is intended to clearly regulate the terms and conditions of access, when and how access is granted, as well as issues of error handling and eligibility.

• The Elite2You Academy aims to provide a premium online learning experience without technical disruption – while at the same time regulating the operation of automated systems.

• The Code also provides legal and customer service guidance to avoid potential disputes.

🔓 When and how will the customer get access?

• Once you have purchased a course, the system will automatically generate access.

• Access is granted immediately after the purchase is completed, with confirmation by email or through the “My Account” interface available via the website.

• When the customer registers for the first time, the system automatically creates an account and sends the login details.

❌ What happens in the event of a payment error?

• If a transaction is unsuccessful or aborted, no purchase will be made and the system will not grant access to the course.

• The customer has the option to retry the payment or contact our customer service to clarify the problem.

• In the case of instalments, the maintenance of continued access is conditional on the timely payment of the following instalments.

⏳ How long is a course available?

Once you have purchased a course, you will have 30 days access to all your learning materials.

This means 30 days from the date of purchase:

• You can view lessons without limit,

• You can download the full material,

• You can go at your own pace,

• You can check back at any time.

⏳ What happens after 30 days?

Access will automatically expire and the course will no longer be available in your account.

If you want to take the course again or access the course material again (e.g. for updates or practice), you can re-purchase the course.

Our aim is to keep you motivated and focused, and not to delay your progress.

• In exchange for the discounted fee, you get 1 month of access.

• The course is intensive and practical, with a structure that can be completed in 30 days.

• After 4 weeks, you can put what you’ve learned into practice.

• This system helps discipline learning and provides opportunities for renewal.
