🤝 Affiliate Terms and Conditions / Affiliate Policy

This policy sets out the legal and operational terms and conditions applicable to the affiliate program operated by Elite2You. Acceptance of this policy is mandatory for all affiliates who directly or indirectly participate in the promotion of Elite2You’s products or services in exchange for a commission.

1. Aim of the Partner Programme

Elite2You offers influencers, marketing partners and intermediaries the opportunity to contribute to the recommendation of the Academy or the Agency’s services and earn commission on the resulting registrations and purchases.

2. Registration and approval

• Joining the partner programme requires registration.

• All applications will be assessed individually by Elite2You and Elite2You reserves the right to refuse approval without giving reasons.

• Only natural persons over the age of 18 with legal capacity or legally registered companies can participate.

3. Unique identifier and link use

• Approved partners receive a unique referral link through which traffic can be measured.

• Partners must use these links accurately and without modification.

4. Commissions and payments

• The affiliate will receive a pre-defined percentage commission for each successful purchase or registration, which may be agreed separately.

• The commission will only be paid if the purchase is final and no refunds or cancellations have been made.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is [25 USD].

• Payment is made once a month against an invoice.

• It is the sole responsibility of the partner to ensure that the invoices and taxes are paid in accordance with the law.

5. Prohibited activities

The partner is not entitled to:

• Disseminate false or misleading information about Elite2You services

• Use a link to your own commission for an independent purchase

• Use spam or prohibited advertising methods

• Damaging the reputation of Elite2You

Breach of these rules may result in immediate suspension of affiliate status and withdrawal of commission.

6. Limitation of liability

Elite2You accepts no liability:

• For damages or infringements caused by the partner

• For data loss or link failures due to technical disruptions

• For lost profits by the partner
