Digital Content Use Policy
Effective: 14 April 2025
1. Purpose of the Code
This Policy sets out who owns the intellectual property rights to digital content produced, uploaded or shared on Elite2You, in particular portfolio photos, videos, training materials and campaign images, and how they may be used or re-used for other purposes.
2. Scope of application
The policy applies to all content that:

produced by Elite2You (photography, campaign, video shoot),
-
is shared or stored on the Elite2You platform (elite2you.com, elite2fans.com, models2you.com, eroticwardrobe.com),
-
is produced by a contracted partner (model, photographer, coach, teacher) and serves the Elite2You project.
3. Ownership and rights of use
➤ Content commissioned by Elite2You (e.g. portfolio photos):

The copyright remains primarily with the agent, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

The photographer may not sell the images to third parties without the permission of Elite2You.

Elite2You is granted the exclusive right to use all such content without time, geographic or media restrictions.
➤ Content uploaded by the model or user (e.g. their own photos):

The model remains the copyright owner of his/her own content, but by uploading it, he/she grants Elite2You permission to use it:

publishes,
-
for promotional purposes,
-
edit it for educational or marketing purposes,
-
archive or transfer within your own platform.

4. Re-use, promotion and disclosure by third parties

Elite2You reserves the right to use the content in advertising campaigns, educational material, social media posts.

In all such uses, Elite2You will ensure that the reputation of the model or creator is not damaged and that the content remains in context.

Re-use by third parties (e.g. press, interview, partner site) is only allowed with the permission of Elite2You.
5. The following is prohibited:

The model, trainer or partner may not sell or resell the content to another brand or competing platform
-
Content must not be used in a misleading manner, with misleading text or in any other context
-
Modification or manipulation of the content is only allowed as approved by Elite2You
6. Litigation and enforcement

In the event of disputes relating to digital content, Elite2You will comply with the DMCA and local copyright laws.

If necessary, a takedown request or legal notice may be sent.
✅ 2. Event Rules (Casting, Workshop, Events)

1. Purpose of the Code
This policy lays down the rules of conduct, participation and responsibility for the organisation of offline events organised by Elite2You, in particular castings, portfolio shoots, workshops, meetings, events.
2. Types of events
The policy applies to the following types of events:

Open or Invitational casting

Portfolio photography, work photography

Educational workshop, VIP coaching day
-
Brand meeting, press event
-
Private event, Elite2You gala, partner event
3. Conditions of participation

Only registered or invited persons may participate.

To participate you may need:
-
fill in the application form
-
confirmation of participation fee or appointment
-
written permission or contract (e.g. for a model)
-
4. Rules of conduct at the event
-
All participants are expected to be respectful, punctual and presentable.

Shaming, ridiculing or making personal remarks about the other participant is prohibited.
-
Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs or mind-altering substances is prohibited.
-
Behaviour at events is supervised by Elite2You coordinators, who have the power to exclude problem participants.
5. Recording, public appearance

Events can be recorded on video, audio or video.
-
By registering, each participant agrees that a photo or video may be taken of him/her for promotional purposes and may be freely used by Elite2You.
-
Recording of your own content (e.g. video, vlog) requires prior permission.
6. Liability, accident, health rules

Participants take part in the event at their own risk.

Elite2You accepts no liability:
-
for the loss of private property
-
for an accident not caused by the organiser’s negligence
-

In the case of specific health warnings (e.g. allergic food, photo lighting), the participant must give prior notice
7. Refusal, exclusion

Elite2You reserves the right to refuse or exclude any person from participation if:

does not respect the rules
-
endangers the safety, comfort or reputation of others
-
8. Final provisions
These rules are binding for all participants and are automatically deemed to be accepted upon registration or participation.
