Exercising the right of withdrawal – Information and Declaration

1. Right of withdrawal for digital products

The customer is generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.), with the following exceptions:

Important: The buyer loses his right of withdrawal if the sale concerns digital content and downloading or accessing has begun, with his prior express consent and a simultaneous declaration that he loses his right of withdrawal.

Courses, tutorials and subscriptions offered by Elite2You Academy are digital content, so the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in case of immediate access after purchase.

2. Withdrawal in exceptional cases

The Operator may provide a refund on an equitable basis in the case of exceptional fairness (e.g. technical error, accidental double payment) – within a maximum of 3 working days after the purchase.
