We are pleased to introduce the Elite Success Ladder, also known as the Elite Levels or Milestones – a well-structured, transparent development pathway created specifically for members of the Elite2You community.
This system will guide you step-by-step through how to get higher, get more support and take advantage of more opportunities in your digital modelling career.

The Elite Success Ladder is not just an internal structure – it’s also a system that shows you how you can really excel, grow and build a stable future as a member of the Elite community. Each level provides you with new training, tools, services and exclusive access to professionalise your work, grow your revenue and strengthen your brand.

The Elite Levels system helps you to always know where you are, what’s waiting for you at the next level and how to get there. It’s not just a development guide, it’s also a motivation to help you achieve your goals – from the first step to the top, the Elite level.

Starting Level

1

  • Your journey begins here!
  • The Starting Level is the foundation of your success. Here you will gain essential knowledge and tools, learn the basics of the trade and start building your own brand.
  • Entry requirement: purchase of the Beginner course.
  • You get 2 gifts to get started: portfolio photography and a starter vlog kit.
  • The goal: to earn at least $10,000 per month, because
  • To move up to the next level, you need to reach at least $10,000 in earnings in a month. Until you reach that level, you will stay at that level.
  • Now your task is to reach this amount for at least 9 consecutive months. If you do, you’ll automatically get our extra gifts.
  • You can also choose to move up to the Advanced level after you earn your first $10,000. In this case, you will forgo the gifts of the Beginner level, but the gifts of the Advanced level will be waiting for you!
  • Are you ready for a change? A monthly income of $10,000 is no longer a dream! – it’s just a matter of conscious decision! Choose progress, choose yourself – and take the first step to your first $10,000 now!

  • At the Elite2You Academy, you’ve learned the basics to get started and gained valuable experience along the way – you’ve now earned your first $10,000. CONGRATULATIONS!
  • Entry requirement: if you reach $10,000 in earnings in at least one month and purchase the Advanced course, you will be admitted to this level.
  • The goal: To maintain and increase your income
  • To move up to the next level, you need to reach $50,000 in earnings in at least one month. Until you reach that, you will stay at that level.
  • Now your task is to reach this amount for at least 6 consecutive months. If you do, you’ll automatically get our extra gifts.
  • You can also choose to move up to the Professional level after you earn your first $50,000. In this case, you forgo the gifts of the Advanced level, but the gifts of the Professional level are waiting for you!
  • Are you ready for a change? $50,000 a month is no longer a dream! – It’s just a matter of making a conscious decision! Choose progress, choose yourself – and take the first step to your first $50,000 now!

  • At the Elite2You Academy, you’ve learned the necessary skills and gained valuable experience – you’ve now earned your first $50,000. CONGRATULATIONS! That’s a really nice achievement!
  • Entry requirement: if you reach $50,000 in earnings in at least one month and purchase the Professional course, you will be admitted to this level.
  • The goal: To maintain and increase your income
  • To move up to the next level, you need to reach $100,000 in revenue in at least one month. Until you reach that level, you will stay at that level.
  • Now your task is to reach this amount for at least 3 consecutive months. If you do, you’ll automatically get our extra gifts.
  • You can also choose to move up to the Elite level after you earn your first $100,000. In this case, you forgo the gifts of the Professional level, but the gifts of the Elite level are waiting for you!
  • Are you ready for a change? $100,000 a month is no longer a dream! – It’s just a matter of making a conscious decision! Choose progress, choose yourself – and take the first step to your first $100,000 now!

  • You have become an Elite member of the Elite2You Academy! You have experienced what it means to be a true professional. You’ve learned everything there is to know about modelling – there’s nothing new to show you. You have now reached your first monthly income of $250,000. Congratulations on your exceptional achievement!
  • Entry requirement: you need to earn at least $250,000 a month to enter this level.
  • The goal: To maintain and further increase your income
  • Now your task is to reach this amount for at least 3 consecutive months. If you do, you’ll automatically get our extra gifts.
  • At this level, we don’t just measure you by revenue – we also value your impact, your example and your appearance. Elite level models are also presented separately as role models, inspirational stories and mentor role models. We feature them as role models on our website and social media pages. In our online and off-line advertisements, magazine covers and promotions. Our most outstanding members may automatically be invited to international collaborations, campaign roles and brand ambassador positions.

Level progression is expected annually.
This means that if you start today, you could reach the Elite level in four years – if you are persistent and follow the guidance of your trainers, mentors and the agency.

If you’re afraid or unsure, our personal development mentor will help you find your inner balance.
If you have a moral or religious question, we will openly and respectfully find a solution that is in line with your values.

But it’s not just your mentor. You have a whole community working for you.
