Update and Version Management Statement

1. Purpose of the Code

The purpose of this statement is to make transparent to Elite2You’s partners, customers, students and users the update policy, version management practices and notification methods of certain policies (GTC, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Model Contracts, Brand Usage Policy, etc.).

2. Frequency of updates

Elite2You reserves the right to update the following documents and policies from time to time:

• General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

• Data Processing Notice

• Cookie policy

• Branding and logo policy

• Franchise and sub-licence agreements

• Education and examination regulations

Updates may be made on an exceptional basis in the event of a change in legislation, operational development or business direction.

3. Method and entry into force of updates

Documents are updated electronically. The amended rules and documents will enter into force as follows:

• They are automatically deemed to be in force on the date of publication on the website.

• The obligation to notify the update is only addressed to contracted partners and registered users.

4. Forms of notification

Elite2You can notify updates to the affected parties through the following channels:

• By email (for registered users and partners)

• By publishing on the website – under the official menu

• Via an in-platform message (e.g. Elite2Fans or User account)

• Newsletter, if the user has subscribed

• Via Telegram or Discord group, if the community uses it

Information about updates is deemed to have been provided when the document is made available on the official website with the new date.

5. Register of versions

All amended policies and documents are given a unique version number and update date. At the bottom of the document you will find the following format:

Version: v2025.04.14
Date of entry into force: 14 April 2025.

Previous versions remain archived and are available to the relevant contractor on request.
