1. Purpose of the Code

Elite2You is an international model agency operating in several countries. The purpose of this policy is to set out the different operating rules applicable in each country and to ensure that a consistent international image, quality and legal compliance is maintained.

3. General principles for all countries

• In each country, there is a local area manager or a designated manager who is responsible for enforcing the rules.

• Official communication is also in the language of the country and/or in English.

4. Country-specific regulations

For example:

🇭🇺 Hungary

• Pricing: based on HUF, the special price for the Beginner Course is 179.900 HUF

• Invoicing: by a Hungarian company (Elite2You Kft.), in a NAV-compliant system

• Data management: full GDPR compliance, data protection documentation in Hungarian

• Payment providers SimplePay, Barion, OTP, Bank transfer

• Customer service: with a Hungarian-speaking representative

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

• Pricing: based on GBP (£), converted at the current exchange rate

• Billing: Elite2You Ltd. (UK)

• Data protection: GDPR + UK Data Protection Act

• Payment service providers:Stripe, PayPal

• Platform use: marketing with a strong OnlyFans focus

• Customer service: with English-speaking representative

🇳🇬 Nigeria

• Pricing: based on Naira (₦), with different pricing structures per country

• Payment: manual transfer, cash options, instalments over a longer period

• Marketing: offline recruitment, WhatsApp usage as a priority

• Risk management: photo + official ID required before each contract, separate abuse check

• Customer service: with English-speaking representative

🇭🇷 Croatia

• Pricing: currently HRK / EUR conversion phase

• Translation: content in Croatian and English

• Payment:Revolut, SEPA transfer, PayPal

• Customer service: with a Croatian speaking representative

🇷🇴 Romania

• Pricing: localised pricing based on RON, exchange rate dependent

• Translation: content in Romanian and English in parallel

• Invoicing: invoicing within the EU from Hungarian or UK headquarters, if necessary via a Romanian partner

• Payment: Revolut, PayPal, bank transfer (IBAN / SEPA)

• Data protection: full GDPR compliance, with Romanian language privacy policy

• Marketing channels: Instagram, Facebook groups, TikTok – Romanian language campaigns

• Customer service: with a Romanian-speaking representative

5. Representation and decision-making

• Regional Directors: in each country, they have the power to recruit, examine and sign contracts.

• International Management: all strategic decisions remain legally and operationally with the central management.

• Regional managers are not allowed to start their own sub-enterprise or platform under the Elite2You brand without central authorisation.

6. Web and platform-specific differences

• The look of the website is culturally localised: different images, different examples, different offers may appear in different countries.

• The content of online courses is consistent, but examples and audio material can be localised.

• The examination system may vary from country to country (e.g. in Nigeria a paper-based examination is accepted).

7. Legal compliance

• Elite2You will comply with local laws, privacy and consumer protection rules in each country.

• Separate legal and financial background regulations may be drawn up for each country if local regulations differ from international practice.

• The Hungarian regulations reflect the basic EU standards, while the British and Nigerian versions are checked by a separate lawyer.

8. Final provisions

• This protocol is binding for all country representatives, staff and partners.

• Any national campaign, event or pricing variation can only be implemented with central approval.

• The protocol is updated at least once a year, at the discretion of the International Board of Directors.
