🧭 Content and Community Code of Conduct

Effective: 14.04.2024.

The Elite2You Group – including the Elite2You Academy, the Elite2Fans platform and the Models2You system – is designed to maintain an inspiring, safe and professional environment that encourages growth, creative expression and community respect.
This policy applies to all registered users, students, instructors, models and partners.

📌 1. Community content and comments

Users can upload content, write comments or reviews on the following pages:

• Elite2You Academy: educational comments, feedback, questions

• Elite2Fans: creator content, posts, messages, profile information

• Models2You: public model profiles, introductions, portfolio photos, reviews

The uploaded content must not contain:

• elements that are vulgar, harassing, intimidating, hateful or sexually violent,

• demeaning, discrediting or personal remarks about others,

• images, personal data without the consent of other persons,

• unsolicited promotion, advertising, spam,

• misleading, false or manipulated information,

• content that is incompatible with the purpose of the platform (e.g. violent material, material depicting minors, animal cruelty, etc. – these are subject to zero tolerance).

🚫 2. Prohibited and sanctioned conduct

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account:

• Harassment, threats, blackmail, in any form.

• Posting erotic content on academic platforms (Elite2Fans provides a framework for this).

• Content copying, copyright infringement (e.g. theft of other users’ images or texts).

• Trolling, false reviews, causing a comment storm.

• Inciting or suggesting illegal activity (e.g. drugs, weapons, involvement of minors, phishing).

🛡️ 3. Moderation rights

Moderators and administrators are authorised:

• delete content without prior warning,

• filter or hide comments,

• temporarily suspend or permanently ban the offending user.

In the event of a breach of this policy, access to any platform may be blocked, regardless of the site where the breach occurred.

📣 4. Reporting and confidentiality

Each user has the right to report other users’ offending behaviour to the support team. All reports will be treated discreetly and confidentially and will be investigated within 72 hours.

🤝 5. Platform-specific notes

• Elite2You Academy: for educational purposes only. Posting of erotic, promotional or political content is prohibited.

• Elite2Fans: available to adult users only. Content must comply with applicable laws and the site’s own policies.
  ➤ The exclusion of children, lawful operation and financial accountability are paramount.

• Models2You: for professional use only, it is used to house model portfolios. Pornographic, unauthorised or false uploads will result in immediate banning.
