Social Media Usage Guidelines

1. Purpose of the Code
The purpose of this policy is to set out guidelines for Elite2You models, staff, teachers and partners regarding the use of social media platforms, with particular reference to brand representation, ethical standards, privacy and style of communication.
2. Affected platforms
This policy applies to (but is not limited to) the following social media:

Telegram

Elite2Fans

Models2You

Twitter (X)

Snapchat

Reddit
3. Use of brand names and branding
3.1. Names that can be used
The following terms may be used if you are an officially registered member or model:

“Elite2You model”
-
“Digital model at the Elite2You Academy”
-
“Certified Elite2You content creator”
-
“Elite2You Brand Ambassador”
3.2. The following is prohibited:
-
Brand names (Elite2You, Elite2Fans, Models2You, etc.) to be listed as your own company
-
Use of logos, slogans, official templates without central approval
-
Create a profile or page that communicates on behalf of the Agency without official status
4. Content rules
4.1. Authorised content types

Artistic, aesthetic photos
-
Educational or motivational videos
-
General lifestyle content (e.g. daily routine, behind the scenes)
-
Model documentation (exam, photography, before and after)
4.2. Prohibited content
-
Explicitly pornographic, degrading or sexually explicit content
-
Posts that are hateful, racist, violent or politically extremist
-
Promotion of alcohol, drugs, weapons or other dangerous devices
-
Any content that violates brand values or community standards
4.3. AI-generated content
-
The publication of AI images and videos is only allowed if they are not misleading and do not imply that the model is a real person if he/she is not the model

AI content should be labelled (“digitally generated”)
5. Communication style and language

Avoid profanity, abusive or offensive language in all posts and messages
-
The response style should be friendly, respectful and professional
-
In cases of dispute, the model should not respond publicly – in such cases, the Agency’s formal response should be sought
6. Branded links and CTAs

Use only official links provided by the Agency (e.g. application form, elite2fans.com profile, webshop)
-
It is prohibited to list your own link tree, affiliate or competitor platforms under the official Elite2You name
7. Personal data and data protection

In particular, it is prohibited to share it publicly:
-
real names, addresses and contact details of models
-
internal training materials, exam or contract details
-
internal communication screenshots, recording of meetings
-
8. Brand representation, influencers and public speaking
-
Only with prior written permission:
-
PR appearance (e.g. podcast, interview)
-
paid promotion, brand collaboration
-
joining a public campaign
-
-
Permission must be sought from the Regional Director or the PR Manager
9. Penalties for infringements
-
First time: warning
-
Second time: temporary suspension from the scheme (30 days)
-
Third case: permanent exclusion from Elite2You + legal action if necessary
10. Final provisions
-
The policy is binding for all registered models, teachers, partners and staff.

Elite2You reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
-
The updated version will automatically take effect.
