Branding and Logo Policy

1. Purpose of the Code

The purpose of this Policy is to provide a consistent framework for the use of the Elite2You brand name, logo, visual identity and other proprietary elements, in particular by franchise partners, sub-licensees and collaborating third parties.

2. Ownership

The “Elite2You” name, logo, logos, branding elements, slogans, design elements and combinations thereof are the exclusive intellectual property of Elite2You Ltd (UK) and are protected by trademark.

3. Beneficiaries

Only the following parties are entitled to use the brand name and logo:

Officially appointed franchise partners
Sublicence holders with a written contract
Regional directors who are authorised to operate
Official Elite2You staff and contract partners
Collaborating companies, trainers, consultants authorised in writing by Elite2You

The use is valid only for the area, form and duration specified in the contract concluded.

4. Conditions of use

The use of the brand name and logo is permitted provided the following conditions are met:

Only according to the Elite2You official visual identity manual
Without modification, keeping only the original proportions and colours
Considering reputation, brand quality and visual unity
Only for authorised media and activities (e.g. website, business card, social media)
In all cases, you must indicate “The Elite2You brand name is used under license.”

5. Use is prohibited in the following cases

The use of the brand name, logo or image is expressly prohibited in the following cases:

If there is no valid written authorisation or sub-licence agreement
If the user has withdrawn, been excluded or the contract has been terminated
Distortion, modification, “parody” or misleading use of the brand name
Erotic, political, extremist, obscene, or any content incompatible with Elite2You values
On a website, social media profile or platform that does not serve the official purposes of Elite2You
Any activity that jeopardises the brand’s reputation or damages its credibility
