Code of Conduct for Cooperation with Teachers

This policy sets out the principles, rights and obligations of Elite2You Academy teachers and trainers and is binding on all teachers who upload course material or carry out teaching activities within the Academy.
The Teachers’ Regulations strike a balance between teachers’ creative freedom and the Academy’s legal, technical and quality requirements. It provides a legal framework for managing teaching materials and ensures that all teachers work to the same guidelines – for the benefit of students.
1. Aim of the cooperation
The Elite2You Academy is an online learning platform that offers quality digital learning materials to help you launch and develop your modelling career. The aim of working with educators is to support the development of students and ensure the quality of the educational programme.
2. Teacher’s rights
The teacher is entitled to:

Create, upload and maintain your own learning material in the system,

Create courses, lessons, exams within the selected courses,

Communicate with students via the course interface (within the system),

Provide feedback, evaluate submitted materials and exams,

Access course statistics and student results.
3. Teacher’s responsibilities
The teacher must:

Only upload educational content that is fair, original and your own intellectual property or that you have written permission to use.

Regularly update the course material and keep it technically accessible.

To support students and answer their questions within a reasonable time.

Complete the assessment and examination tasks related to the course accurately and on time.

Keep student data and information confidential.
4. Responsibility for content

The teacher assumes full responsibility for the content, accuracy and legal compliance of the material uploaded.

The Academy reserves the right to pre-approve, modify or remove any teaching material if it violates the values, legislation or ethical standards of the institution.
5. Copyright and licensing terms

The teacher retains the copyright of his/her own course material, but grants the Academy a non-exclusive, territorially unlimited, time-limited (until the course is finished) right of use.

Course material cannot be unilaterally removed if it is already available to students and the course is still active.

Third-party material (e.g. pictures, videos, music) can only be used if the teacher has the appropriate permission.
6. Data management

Teachers may access basic student data (e.g. name, email, performance) for educational purposes only, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The teacher is not entitled to save student data for marketing purposes or to an external database.
7. Termination of cooperation

The cooperation can be terminated by either party, but the fate of the uploaded material is subject to a separate agreement.

After termination, the teacher may not use Elite2You’s name, logo or certificate for his/her own promotional or teaching purposes unless he/she has received written permission to do so.
