Certification Rules for Content Providers and Agency Partners

1. Purpose of the Code

This policy governs the rating system for content providers, trainers, photographers, agency partners and recruiters who are part of the Elite2You system. Its aim is to encourage high quality collaboration, ensure professional screening and provide a transparent assessment of all active members of the community.

2. The target group of the certification scheme

3. Qualification levels

🔸 Qualified	Verified Contributor	Regular, reliable performance, internal references
🌟 Premium	Elite2You Preferred Partner	Official preferred partner, eligible to participate in campaigns, included in public list
🚫 Suspended	Blacklist	Violated ethical or contractual rules – excluded from the system

4. Evaluation criteria

4.1. Quality and results

model satisfaction feedback (1-5 star rating)
visual, professional and ethical quality of content
meeting deadlines and commitments on time

4.2. Communication and cooperation

fast response time, courtesy, reliability
cooperation with principals, mentors, teachers
feedback management and willingness to improve

4.3. Ethics and brand identity

brand and content compliance
no stolen, unethical or misleading content
does not compete with the Elite2You system

5. Certification procedure

5.1. First level: registration

Access as a candidate
Submit a portfolio or reference material
On the recommendation of the Regional Director or a senior mentor

5.2. Second level: evaluation

Minimum 2 successful collaborations required for evaluation
Evaluation committee (3 members: mentor, content manager, director) decides

5.3. Third level: upgrade/downgrade

Ratings are reviewed every 6 months
Immediate suspension in case of serious breach of contract

7. Record keeping and traceability

Qualified partners are listed in an internal database, numbered
Premium level partners are publicly displayed on the website
Suspended partners are added to the closed list of “terminated relationships”

8. Remedies

Each partner has the right to submit a written objection to the rating decision
In cases of appeal, the international board decides

9. Final provisions

This policy applies to all official or temporary Elite2You partners
The Code is reviewed annually
Certification does not imply an automatic employment relationship or exclusive cooperation
