🎁 Gifts and Promotions Policy

Effective: 14.04.2024.

This policy sets out the terms and conditions of gifts, discounts, promotions and offers available on the Elite2You group platforms (Elite2You Academy, Elite2Fans, Models2You, Eroticwardrobe).

🎓 1. Conditions for gifts

Gift services, products and experiences are only available if the following conditions are met:

• The gift is only available with a paid course or package.

• To claim the gift, a successful purchase and payment is required, as well as registration and contact within 14 days of purchase.

• The student, model or client must not be banned from using the system and must not have a pending complaint or dispute.

📸 Example 2 – Portfolio photography as a gift

The “Beginner Course” package currently includes the following gift:

• 1 suitable for portfolio photography

• At a fixed place and time, by prior arrangement

• To participate in the photo shoot you must:

  • Completion or at least 50% completion of the course

  • Sign the consent form for photography

  • Proof of identity

This is a one-time gift, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for any other service.

📆 3. Duration and validity of promotions

• All promotions, coupon codes or discounts are limited in time.

• The promotions are only valid for orders placed during the promotional period.

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively or retroactively.

• To validate, the customer must enter the promotion code when placing the order.

🚫 4. Exclusionary factors

No gifts or discounts are given:

• If the user has used the platform fraudulently or violated the rules.

• If the order is cancelled, refused or withdrawn by the customer.

• If the customer has provided false information or cannot be reached for verification.

• If the offer or promotion contains other exclusion conditions (e.g. first purchase, country restrictions, etc.).

📜 5. General provisions

• Elite2You reserves the right to unilaterally modify or withdraw the content, duration, value and form of promotions.

• Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically stated.

• A user can only participate once in the same promotion.
