📜 Payment by instalments – Elite2You Beginner Course

This policy sets out the terms and conditions for the Elite2You Academy Starter Course instalment purchase.

1. The essence of instalment payments

The full price of the Beginner Course can be paid in six equal instalments. The option to pay in instalments is designed to give learners more flexible access, while still receiving the same knowledge, gifts and entitlements as those who paid in one lump sum.

2. Structure and details of the course modules

The course is divided into six modules, which can be accessed sequentially, one after the other, by completing the details in time:

So you can complete the course comfortably in six months, with monthly payments of HUF 30,000. You can also pay the instalments earlier and get your free photo shoot sooner.

3. Timing of gifts and access

• Portfolio photography is only available if you pay the instalments in monthly installments.

• The monthly order cannot be skipped, the order of the modules is fixed.

• If any month is missed, the module concerned and any gifts associated with it (e.g. photography) will be withheld.

• Gifts are only available to those who complete the course on the instalment plan.

4. Freedom and liability to pay

• Installments do not have to be paid on a fixed date (they can be paid earlier) but the timing of gifts and accesses is based on the monthly order.

• The customer can choose when to pay the next instalment, but the modules will only open after the payments have been made in order.

• By starting to pay in instalments, the customer agrees to pay the full course fee.

5. Academic enrolment and commitment

By paying the first monthly fee, the customer formally enrols in the Elite2You Academy and expressly declares his/her intention to complete the Starter Course within a maximum of 6 months.

Enrolment at the Academy creates the following obligations:

• • The learner accepts the Academy’s Terms of Use, policies and ethical standards in force at the time;

  • You acknowledge that an instalment payment is not a trial period but is considered a definitive purchase;

  • By enrolling, the student agrees to pay the course fee in full and to complete the course in an orderly and scheduled manner.

6. Non-payment and consequences

• In case of late or out-of-order payments, access to the modules may be delayed or suspended.

• In the event of three consecutive months’ absence, the Academy is entitled to terminate access.

• In this case, the amounts already paid will not be refunded, as it is a digital product.

7. Limitation of the right of withdrawal

The course is a digital learning package, which is activated immediately after the first instalment is paid. Therefore, the customer acknowledges that:

• no right of withdrawal after the start of the course, even within the 14-day deadline,

• once the first gifts (e.g. access, photography) have been provided, the course is considered permanently activated.

8. Discreet treatment

In order to protect the privacy of the customer, Elite2You guarantees that an outside observer will not be able to see whether the course was purchased in instalments or in one lump sum.
Modules and entitlements are provided in the same way for all learners.

9. Final provisions

• This policy applies to the instalment purchase of the Starter Course and does not apply automatically to other courses.

• Elite2You reserves the right to modify this policy.

• By choosing to pay in instalments, the purchaser accepts these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the Academic Enrolment.
