Copyright Use Permission and Image Rights Statement
(For Models and Photographers)

1. Purpose of the Code
The purpose of this policy is to regulate the management of the rights to the likeness of persons in photographs and videos and the copyright of images taken by photographers.
Our aim is to protect the rights of models and photographers and to ensure the lawful use of images for commercial and promotional purposes.
2. Principles

The right to the model’s likeness is a personal right, the use of which requires prior written consent.

Images taken by the photographer are protected by copyright and written permission is also required for use, unless they were created by Elite2You under a commissioned, transferred right.
3. Model’s consent to use the images (Model Release)
3.1. Mandatory contribution
All models must agree to and sign the following:

You consent to Elite2You using your images and videos for marketing, education, sales or other commercial purposes.

You agree that the content may be displayed on Elite2You websites (e.g. elite2you.com, elite2fans.com, models2you.com) and external platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, posters, etc.).
3.2. Right of withdrawal
The model may request the removal of certain content if:

are contrary to ethical or legal codes,
-
the display compromises your personal safety or reputation.
The removal request will be processed by Elite2You within 30 days.
3.3. Restrictions on content use
Images of the model may not be transferred to other third parties for commercial use without the knowledge and consent of the model.
4. Photographer Release and Copyright Permission (Photographer Release)
4.1. Transfer of rights in the case of an agency order
By accepting the assignment, the photographer commissioned by Elite2You undertakes to:

assigns to the Agency the right to use all or part of the images produced, including for promotional, advertising and educational purposes,
-
no extra royalties or recurring fees are paid for the images if the photography has already been paid for at a fixed rate.
4.2. Photographer’s general licence
External photographers are required to declare that:

the pictures were taken with their own tools and by working independently,
-
have all the necessary technical and legal rights to take the photos,
-
undertake not to sell or publish the images to third parties, unless specifically agreed between the model and Elite2You.
5. Ownership and storage

Digital copies of images and videos are stored on Elite2You’s internal servers or on dedicated cloud storage.

Access to the original files is restricted to designated content managers, area directors and the model’s own representative.
6. Litigation and enforcement

In the event of a dispute over the content of any dispute, the parties shall seek amicable settlement as a matter of priority.

The place of jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes is [the competent jurisdiction in the country], according to the place where Elite2You has its registered office.

Photographers and models must cooperate in all disputes and act in good faith.

8. Final provisions
This policy applies to content created, ordered or uploaded to Elite2You’s system. It is binding for all models and photographers from the date of its entry into force.
