This policy applies to all platforms operated by Elite2You: Elite2You Academy, Elite2Fans, Models2You, EroticWardrob.
Elite2You uses trusted third-party service providers to ensure the smooth operation of its services and to provide you with a pleasant user experience. These service providers may be separate controllers or processors under applicable data protection legislation (e.g. GDPR).

đ Data management and liability
1. Data transmission
Users’ data (e.g. name, e-mail, billing information, IP address, transaction data) will only be transmitted to the extent necessary to provide the service.
For example:

When you make a payment, Stripe or SimplePay only receives the data necessary for the payment.

The Zoom link is only available to the user when booking an online consultation.

LearnPress only provides access to the course and does not use the data for marketing purposes.
2. Data security
Elite2You only works with service providers that have the appropriate data security certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS) and are compliant with the GDPR or EU-US data protection framework.
3. Responsibility sharing
Elite2You is responsible for the security of the data it processes and transmits on its own systems.
Third party service providers are responsible for the data they process in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The user agrees that:

Payments are processed by an external service provider.

The educational and communication platforms are provided in whole or in part by third parties.

Part of the data processing takes place on the system of the respective service provider, for which Elite2You assumes no direct responsibility.

If a service provider ceases to exist or does not meet the security requirements, Elite2You is entitled to use another service provider.
