Rules on Certificates

1. Purpose of the Code

The purpose of this policy is to regulate the order, form and content of the examinations and certificates (certificates) for the courses available at the Elite2You Academy, as well as their legal and educational validity.

2. Courses leading to certificates

Certificates can only be issued after successful completion of the following courses:

• Beginner Course (Basic Digital Modelling Skills)

• Advanced Course (content production, brand building, business basics)

• Professional Course (business start-up, finance, international action)

• Elite Success Training (only for selected models, coaching)

• Other courses leading to an examination, if included in the course description

3. Examination types and requirements

3.1. Theoretical exam

• Online quiz (in LearnPress or Google Forms)

• Minimum score of 80% to pass the exam

• Retest after more than one failed attempt only with mentor approval

3.2. Practical exam

• Content creation task (photo, video, creative portfolio, etc.)

• Submitted material will be evaluated by a professional committee (lead mentor + photographer + marketer, etc.)

• Mandatory upload deadline: within 7 days of the end of the theoretical examination day

3.3. Examination period and timetable

• The exams start on the 31st day after enrolment

• Late or missed exams are subject to a surcharge

5. Validation of certificate

• All certificates include:

  • full name of the student

  • name of the course

  • date of the exhibition

  • serial number (e.g. E2Y-HU-2025/0031)

  • digital signature or QR code

• Based on the unique identifier of the certificates, the issuance can be verified in the official register of Elite2You or by e-mail upon request.

6. Privileges attached to a certificate

A student who has obtained a certificate:

• is eligible to move to the next level of the Elite2You model agency programme,

• can be entered into the official model search database (Models2You),

• use the certificate as reference material, in a career portfolio or CV,

• participate in events organised by Elite2You, where you must be certified

7. Refusal to issue a certificate

A certificate cannot be issued if:

• the student has not completed the course (missing lessons),

• did not achieve the expected examination score,

• the practical material does not meet minimum standards,

• breach of contract, abuse, ethical misconduct,

• for a purchase on instalments, not all the instalments have been paid.

8. Re-issuing, in case of a lost certificate

• Duplicate available for a fee (electronic or paper)

• Only the person who matches the student’s details may request

• The new copy will be marked “duplicate”

9. Final provisions

• Certificates are issued exclusively by Elite2You’s official systems.

• The policy is binding for all students, teachers and administrators.

• Amendments to these rules are reviewed annually by the Academy’s management.
