Course and Examination Regulations – Elite2You Academy
1. Introduction
In short, students who apply for the Elite2You Academy and its exams automatically accept this policy by participating.
2. Registration and access
- 
You can apply for a course by registering online and paying a fee. 
- 
Access: the student will receive an email with login details. 
- 
Examination dates must be booked within 4 weeks of enrolment. 
- 
In case of failure, 1 free make-up exam is available. 
3. Obligations to participate
- 
Active participation is mandatory (min. 80% training). 
- 
If 2 modules are missed, the student requests a make-up or a repeat. 
- 
For video/online material, proof of viewing in the system. 
4. Examinations and evaluation
- 
A written test after each module, with several types of tasks. 
- 
A minimum pass mark of 80% is required. 
- 
In case of failure, repairs are subject to an extra charge. 
5. Portfolio photography and other services
- 
If the course package includes a free photo session, you can: - 
Registration requires the submission of consent documents. 
- 
The photo shoot can only be activated after 80% participation. 
- 
Cancellation is possible at least 24 hours in advance. 
 
- 
6. Cancellation and replacement rules
- 
Cancellation 24 hours in advance for any occasion is free of charge. 
- 
In the case of delays, a maximum of 10 minutes is allowed, beyond which a substitute is required. 
- 
You have 14 days to apply for a replacement. 
7. Data management and legal information
- 
The data relating to the course and the exam will be processed in the manner set out in the Privacy Notice. 
- 
All exams and certificates are issued under the terms of the Course and Examination Regulations. 
8. Handling complaints
- 
Complaints can be made within 14 days by email to info@elite2you.com. 
- 
Complaints do not suspend obligations to attend, pay or sit exams. 
9. Final provisions
- 
The Rules will be effective from 14.04.2024, the Academy reserves the right to amend them. 
- 
Registered students will be notified of changes by e-mail.
